2 years agoThis company is unethical! Do not fall for this! We booked them to take a group of us to Philadelphia to a concert there. At most an hour drive. They were late to pick us up. On the way down the driver got lost. We were late to the concert. Time to pick us up, we waited ONE HOUR for them to pick us up. We waiting in a dark parking lot alone in the city. 4 Girls. They charged us 600.00$ for the trip. Also!! On top of this, the price they quoted us for the trip wasn't even close to what they charged!!!

3 years agoDealing with them this past few months has been nothing but frustrating. The frustration begins from the lack of professionalism that is expected from a school bus company, to having to deal with all its inept staff members. I wouldn't recommend them personally nor professionally to ANYONE. I am hoping that the school districts that contracts them in the area as well as parents do their due diligence in investigating this bus company before employing them.

6 years agoBus is never on time. Either 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late. Never on time. With that being said, the driver and aid are usually very nice. Same cant be said for the lady working the phones. She's rude every single time I call to talk to her. If she doesn't like her job she shouldnt work there. Honestly this company needs to give up. They screw up and they try to make it the parents fault. Obviously my kid won't be ready 15 minutes before you say You're supposed to be there. Get it together. You really need to just throw everything away and start from scratch.

9 years agoHorrible disrespectful driver! Bus #35 went on wrong side of the road and came very close to causing a 3 car collision. All this because he wanted to catch a green light. Check your drivers!

10 years agoDo not use this company. I just followed one of their school vans for 3 miles flashing my high beams and beeping my horn because it was on fire. I called the local PD and followed it back to the lot. When I called the business to inform them that the bus marked C4 in the window was burning brake fluid the woman who answered the phone denied having a bus C$ and got very obnoxious with me. This bus dropped off a child on Linden Ave in Rahway and then headed back to the yard on Bower and ST Georges in Linden. A bus aide in a flowered dress exited the vehicle directly behind the building. Two employees were on this bus and neither paid attention to the cars around them (ME) or the inordinate amount of smoke spewing from the bus.

13 years agoThey were very disrespectful to me and my party. I was going to bring them a large group and they denied me and were very rude about it. The guy claimed they "had" so much going on that weekend. I asked if they knew of any other services in the area who might be able to accommodate us and he said, "NO, look it up for yourself man." I found another place that isn't rude to me and will accommodate me and my party. Just lost a few hundred bucks J&J... your loss.
